Processing Time

The time AllureWoods needs to prepare an order for shipping varies between 2-5 days. Made-To-Order pieces and Customized pieces may take up to 5-12 days. For any questions or concerns regarding your shipping time please feel free to contact AllureWoods at

Customs and Import Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. AllureWoods is not responsible for delays due to customs.

​Returns & Exchanges


AllureWoods will gladly accept returns. Please contact AllureWoods within: 7 days of delivery and ship items back within: 12 days of delivery in order to be eligible for a return. Any time period past the allotted time will not be accepted for returns. 

AllureWoods does not accept exchanges or cancellations, but please contact AllureWoods if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items: AllureWoods cannot accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Items on sale or discounted

Conditions of Return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value and shipping costs will not be refunded.

After Items Have Shipped

Your tracking information will be provided to you. After items have shipped it is now under the care of the shipping services. Please contact the appropriate service for any issues with your delivery or conditions of your item.
